Well, how did you go with the exercise from last time. Today I will progress what we did last time, but only do this if your pain has started to decrease.
Back pain is an indication that something is wrong, not on the back where you feel the pain but deep inside on the spine where the nerves that go into the back originate from. So by just working on the back is like trying to scratch an itch with gloves on.
The next exercise is to progress from the small ball to the size of a tennis ball. Repeat the same exercise from last time with the tennis ball.
